HAMBURGERS DI ZUCCHINE SENZA LATTE, GLUTINE LIEVITO

12 HAMBURGERS DI ZUCCHINE


3 zucchine
3 fettine di prosciutto cotto
1 uovo
pangrattato di mais q.b.
 sale q.b.







 bollite tre zucchine fatte a pezzetti..scolatele sino a perdere l acqua...schiacciatele con una forchetta unite un uovo un pizzico di sale tre fettine di prosciutto sminuzzato e del pangrattato di mais quanti basta sino a renderle lavorabili...formate delle polpette schiacciatele a mo di hamburger...ripassatele nel pangrattato e friggete in olio caldo
